USFans spreadsheet terms explained for beginners

Understand product directories, marketplace links, estimated prices and warehouse photos before placing your first USFans order.

A USFans spreadsheet is a directory of products that shoppers can consider ordering through USFans. It may be a shared spreadsheet or a website with product cards. You can compare products there, but ordering and warehouse services happen separately.

Common terms you will see

TermWhat it means for you
Product directoryA collection of product links, photos and reference information
Marketplace linkThe seller’s product address, such as a Weidian, Taobao or 1688 page
Estimated USD priceA reference price for comparison, rather than a final bill
Catalog QCReference inspection images that may come from another order
Warehouse photosPhotos of the item received for your own order
DIY OrdersThe USFans ordering option where you provide a supported product link
ForwardingShipping services for goods you have already purchased yourself

A marketplace link identifies a seller’s listing. A product card presents a convenient summary of a linked item. An order is created through the purchasing process and records what you actually selected. Saving a card or opening a seller page does not create that order.

This distinction matters when a product has several versions. The card may show one photograph, while the current listing offers multiple colours, sizes or bundles. Read the option names and keep the selected details when you order. The information attached to your order is what you should compare with the received item.

What a product card can tell you

A card can help you compare style, brand and estimated price. Open the current product page to check available sizes, colours and seller details. Reference images and labels should not be treated as a guarantee of authenticity, stock or the condition of your future item.

A first visit: from discovery to a useful shortlist

Start with a category that matches what you want to buy. Open a few relevant products and record the exact option, measurements or compatibility details you need. Check the source of any inspection pictures. Remove choices whose essential details remain unclear instead of selecting only by the lowest reference price.

For a hypothetical T-shirt shortlist, your notes might include the desired back print, a flat chest measurement and the current selected size. Those details are more useful than saving only a thumbnail and the letter M. If the seller’s chart is missing, that is a question to resolve before purchasing.

What happens after you choose a product

On this site, product cards open the current product page. You can then use the marketplace link to place an order on USFans. The ordering guide explains the steps.

If you are unsure which website handles payment or warehouse services, read product directory versus shopping agent.

Choose the next explanation by your question

If you do not understand a label, use the price and verification article. If you are unsure which pictures show your order, use the photo-source comparison. If you already know what you want and need to submit the link, use the ordering guide. This glossary introduces the vocabulary; the linked guides cover the actual tasks in detail.

Find the explanation you need
