USFans payments, wallet and refunds
This spreadsheet never takes passwords, card numbers, or PayPal logins. Discovery stays here; every real charge happens inside your USFans account on usfans.com. Use this page for wallet mechanics, the two-payment sequence, Clear Balance, and where refunds land. The DIY flow itself is in How to buy; shipping weight rules are in Shipping.
If someone DMs you a “USFans payment link” that is not the official site, treat it as fraud. Bookmark usfans.com yourself; do not follow payment URLs from random Discord or Telegram pitches.
Wallet first
Help Center lists wallet top-up methods for the live site (PayPal, card, Google Pay, balance, and region-specific options as shown). Recharge the wallet, then pay DIY Orders or a parcel from that balance — or pay checkout methods offered on the payment screen. Prefer whatever your account UI lists today; methods change by country and date.
Many shoppers keep a small balance buffer so a Clear Balance notice (seller raised price or domestic shipping) does not freeze a purchase for hours. That buffer still lives on usfans.com — never on this spreadsheet.
Currency notes
- Catalog cards here often show USD estimates — orientation only
- USFans checkout typically settles in CNY (or the live wallet currency shown)
- Card FX fees belong to your bank / PayPal, not to this site
Two bills, two moments
Shopping-agent parcels are framed as two payments. Mixing them up is how people “forget” shipping until the warehouse is full.
| Bill | When | Usually covers |
|---|---|---|
| First payment | DIY Orders submit | Product price + seller → warehouse domestic shipping (+ optional early add-ons) |
| Second payment | Warehouse parcel submit | International shipping estimate (then settle after pack) |
| Adjustments | Anytime on the timeline | Clear Balance on buy track; shipping top-up / refund after weigh |
- First payment — see full DIY path in How to buy
- Second payment — estimate, lines, volumetric weight in Shipping
- Later adjustments — Clear Balance (below); shipping settle after ship-out
What USFans usually charges (not this site)
- Item cost — product + domestic shipping to the warehouse. Help Center describes free purchasing-agent service / no separate service fee on regular platform orders
- International shipping — estimated at parcel submit, settled after pack
- Destination customs / VAT — outside the agent product invoice; risk sits with the recipient
- Optional add-ons — rehearsal, parcel photos, Detailed Photo, priority purchase, etc.
Coupons on USFans are often shipping-only (threshold or percentage packs). They do not pay for product lines or destination duties. Read eligibility in your coupon wallet before assuming a parcel is “free shipping.”
Clear Balance on the buy track
When the seller’s live price or domestic shipping exceeds what you prepaid, status becomes Clear Balance. Pay the difference on the order page or the purchaser cannot finish (or continues only after you top up). This is still the first-payment track — not international shipping.
- Open the order row → read the unpaid difference → top up wallet or pay the prompt
- Ignoring Clear Balance stalls purchase; sibling items in Warehouse keep their own storage clocks
- If the gap looks wrong, reply in the order thread / Confirmation Pending flow before paying blindly
Status labels in context: Order status.
Freight estimate → top-up or refund
At parcel submit you pay an estimated international bill. After packing and weighing, actual billing weight may differ (scale vs volumetric — see Shipping).
- Actual > estimate — pending payment / top-up notice so the parcel can proceed
- Estimate > actual — Help Center billing notes describe refund of the difference to USFans balance (often cited around ~72 hours after ship-out; confirm live wording)
- Refunds go to wallet balance first — not an instant card chargeback
That “deposit then refund” pattern is platform mechanics. Forum screenshots with different hours or currencies are not your invoice.
Refunds and cancelled orders
Seller-side returns, withdrawn orders, and successful return negotiations usually credit your USFans balance, not your card directly. Timing depends on seller processing and platform steps. China-side return rules: Returns.
| Situation | Typical money path |
|---|---|
| Return to seller before international ship | Balance credit when the return completes |
| Order cancelled / expired unpaid | No item charge (or release of hold) — confirm the order row |
| Freight overpay after weigh | Difference → USFans balance |
| Parcel cancelled before courier pickup | Depends how far packing progressed — Ask Help / Live Chat with parcel ID |
International aftersales (refusal at destination, return to China after customs) is slower and often buyer-costly. Do not assume a domestic-marketplace refund speed once the parcel left China.
Optional add-ons (paid from balance)
Add-ons sit beside the two main bills. They can prevent a bad ship but they are not required on every line. Sample yuan figures change — confirm in your account before you tick boxes.
- Detailed Photo — extra warehouse angles after stock-in (item-level QC)
- Rehearsal packing — pack and weigh before locking a shipping line
- Parcel photos — sealed-box shots at pack time
- Other value-added services as listed live (priority purchase, remove packaging, etc.)
Money timeline (one parcel)
- Top up wallet (optional buffer)
- First payment — DIY Orders item + domestic
- Possible Clear Balance if seller price moves
- Optional Detailed Photo fees after stock-in
- Second payment — international estimate at parcel submit
- Possible shipping top-up or balance refund after actual weight
- Destination customs / VAT — outside USFans shipping invoice
Common payment mistakes
- Sending money to anyone who claims to “top up for you” off-platform
- Treating spreadsheet estimated USD prices as the USFans checkout total
- Paying shipping while Clear Balance is still unpaid on a selected line
- Expecting shipping overpay to hit the card the same day
- Assuming shipping coupons also discount product cost
What this site never does
We do not process payments, hold deposits, issue invoices, or refund wallets. Shortlist products here; complete every charge, dispute, and balance transfer on usfans.com.
Quick FAQ
Can I pay only with card and skip the wallet? If checkout offers direct methods, yes — still only on usfans.com. Wallet balance is still where many refunds land.
Why did I get charged twice? Usually product payment (item) and international shipping payment (shipping), or a Clear Balance / shipping top-up after estimate. Check order and parcel IDs separately.
How do I withdraw balance to my bank? Follow live Help Center withdrawal rules for your region; this guide does not replace that policy.
Does this spreadsheet ever charge me? No. If a page here asks for payment credentials, leave immediately — that is not part of this project.
